Description

  • The LUMBA + lumbar vertebral decompressor is an innovative device that will help you to eliminate back pain. With just a few minutes a day, and from the comfort of your home, you will be able to mitigate and even put an end, depending on the case, to your sciatica or any other back pain derived from any ailment produced by the compression of the vertebrae.
  • With the LUMBA+ lumbar vertebral decompressor, you will achieve the stretching of the spinal axis in a simple and safe way, which will re-establish the blood circulation at the level of each disc. This will help to regenerate the discs and restore their volume so that they can once again perform their function as shock absorbers.
  • The padded abdominal bar, located just below the waist, acts as a retainer while the supports behind the arms, aided by the user's own weight as they lean forward, produce a gentle but perceptible stretch in the spine and hamstrings.
  • The bending movement should be performed smoothly and progressively and, if necessary, adjustments should be made to the abdominal bar, the height of the decompressor and the opening of the arm supports, until a comfortable position is found that allows the user to maintain a comfortable position that allows the user to hold the stretch for 2 to 3 minutes.
